But remember that is the best way for buyers to see a home...without the seller present. Therefore, you need to stay out of the way as much as possible.

You should also have a feature sheet prepared for prospective buyers who look at your home. Very few buyers are ready to buy as soon as they see a home, they need to take the time to thing over their decisions....and your feature sheet will help them remember your home
